Brush and Dowel Manufacturing

Global Plastic Technologies provides staple set brushes in a wide range of configurations for vacuum cleaners, medical, janitorial, household, cleaning, shoe care, food processing and other industries. Brush blocks can be injection molded, wood, metal, or foam filled. Brushes can be filled with synthetic or natural bristles; over half of our brushes are custom manufactured as specified by the customer.

Brushes are manufactured to the quality level customers expect and delivered when promised at competitive prices. We design custom brushes to customer specifications, and offer quality tooling to meet your brush and molded product requirements. We can also provide design assistance that is supported by our many years of experience in manufacturing brushes and plastic injection molded products. We work closely with long-term suppliers of materials and services who can provide additional expertise to our customers.

Our services include assembly, drilling, hot stamping and packaging. Packaging can involve polybagging, heat shrinking, skin or blister packaging, boxing, taping, gluing, heat sealing and/or labeling. Other services can be provided to meet your needs.
