Facilities:
• Over 45,000 square feet of production, assembly and warehouse
  facilities sitting on 10 acres of property.
• Primary equipment consists of (28) injection molding presses with   clamping tonnage that ranges from 28 to 720 tons.
• Well equipped with hopper loaders, dryers, grinders, conveyor   systems, color feeders, material mixers, temperature controllers   and material silos.

Materials:
• Global is an injection molder of all thermoplastic materials   including ABS, Polyethylene, Polycarbonate, Nylon, HIPS
  and PVC
• Global is also very experienced with highly engineered grades
  of material.
• Many different additives are also utilized such as color   concentrates, blowing and foaming agents, talc, etc.

Primary Operations and Facilities Features
• State-of-the-art tracking system which monitors and reports all   production data from each machine to our system computer   network. Production totals, scrap, efficiency rates, downtime, etc.   are then easily and quickly calculated
• Significant production of structural foam molding, insert molding   and over-molding.
• 24 hr 5 day a week production, expandable to 24/7.
• Extensive technical knowledge of materials, processes, mold and   part design on staff.
• State-of-the-art computerized cooling system provides very stable   temperature control for consistent processing at each machine.
• Continuous improvement quality assurance program audited and
  certified to ISO 9001-2000 standard.
• Experienced in JIT and Kan-Ban programs.
